Why no John Fogerty on cable channel?

Palladia, the HD network for VH1, shows repeats of Crossroads, Storytellers and also the Glastonbury concerts through the years. I keep looking for John's shows and his 2007 Glastonbury concert and they never show any of them. I am wondering if they are not allowed, if there is some contracutal thing that prevents them. I'd sure like to see them again and in HD.
