No Tour programme
I sure wish there'd been a tour programme available last night im Aalborg. I would have loved one from this tour too.
And sadly I didn't have enough cash to buy the autographed book at the stand. I wonder if it's gonna be in the John Fogerty Store again...?? Those of you who already have it, is it good? ![]()

Re: No Tour programme
YES, I'm saving my nickels and dimes in the hopes of having enough to SPLURGE on buying that fabulous book on JF! I heard that there is alot of writing in it, not just rare photos of DA MAN!!!
Am I right, Robert???
DO TELL!!!!!

You know, I've always wanted to compose a book on JF---- with current topics of discussion elaborated and expounded upon and then some artwork in interpreting some of John's famous songs.
There would be several chapters explaining or attempting to explain WHERE JF got his fabulous bayou choogler songs!!!
He would spend some time introspecting on his talent and perhaps linking it all into some spirituality.
It would be a free form stream of consciousness, and we would try very gently to stretch it out to the
point of originality.
I would also include the real sheet music so that all guitar players - good ones and beginners - could have a starting point to play John's wonderful music.
The book would also have to contain current photographs of DA MAN and his beautiful family and BAND mates and the road crew, and trucks and equipment.
Wouldn't you love seeing photographs of his famous Gibson guitar right after a show, with his fingerprints and sweat still sitting atop the sheen? Or a broken string? I'd love to see rich, darkly colored pictures of his gear and the lengths his tour team goes to before - during - after shows.
The paper used to print the book would be top notch paper, very thick and sturdy - and the pictures would be mostly 8 x 10s and glossies, and would be the best coffee table book ever published in the history of coffee tables books!!!
It would be the sort of book that you would love even if you didn't particularly love John Fogerty, but then again, WHO DOESN"T LOVE JF? And his music?
It would totally ROCK if I had it my way!!!! (Life is just a dream, friends!!!) -
