Time for another Haiku?

Mon, Sep 3, 2012 at 11:06 AM

Johnnie (B Goode) showed us how to do it.
He used to do it alot.

Now I do believe, it is a good time for another haiku.

What are the rules again? Details are foggy...

seven syllables
5 syllables
then 7 syllables

Right? Hmmm? HELP US OUT, JOHNNIE B!!!!

    OOPS! I flipped the rules a bit. I just looked it up and found that Haikus are supposed to be 3 lines, having 17 syllables in all, with 5 syllables on the first line, 7 syllables on the second line and 5 on the third lines.

    * * * Here's a Haiku to help you remember:

    I am first with five
    Then seven in the middle ---
    Five again to end.
