The essays are really well-written and show that alot of careful thought was given prior to the composing of the essay.

First was Dan from Azusa (whom alot of us know and love). His favorites include Centerfield and you will have to read the essay to see where Dan's coming from.

Second was Janine from Los Angeles and her favorite song also is "Centerfield," She wrote a longer essay and I really enjoyed reading about her viewpoints.

Third and last was David from San Diego who's favorite Fogerty song is "Fortunate Son." He writes a very wonderful essay about those earlier years when Viet Nam was going from accepted to not accepted and the social upheavals we all had to endure to survive. It is neat to read about significantly John's music has influenced our lives and our world.
