Hey Swamp Girl, I know that Q&A from New York was filmed.... any plans to put that (or a condensed version) on YouTube over the next couple weeks? Or will that probably end up as bonus material on the new CD?
Also, do you know when those 30-second song samples will start appearing online on iTunes and Amazon? -

Will there be a dvd "behind the scenes" released with the cd.........along the same lines as the "revival" release ?

The wait seems long, but it's not completely unheard of. I think this long period between announcement and release date is customary.... look at past albums:
Revival announcement: June 8, 2007
Revival Release: October 2, 2007 (4 month wait)
BRR Rides Again announcement: July 2009
BRR Rides Again release: August 31, 2009 (2 month wait)
Wrote a Song announcement: February 3, 2013
Wrote a Song release: May 28, 2013 (4 month wait)
And plus, Vanguard seems to be heavily promoting this CD (props to them!), so they will probably use the coming months to schedule media appearances, interviews, more marketing, etc...

Also, Swamp Girl, I guess my questions above must've gotten buried beneath the other posts. But I was wondering if the press discussion at the Iridium was going to end up on YouTube soon. And also, when will the 30-second song samples for the new album start popping up online? -

Hey Dave,
There are no plans as of now to release the filmed footage from Iridium, but you never know!
I don't know when the samples will appear on itunes so keep on checking.

Album release cycles take a long time. I know you guys know about it already since you are John's most dedicated fans, but in today's crowded release world, the record label needs to take their time to make sure everyone in the world knows this baby is coming out!
