That was a great review. Thank you so much.
I’m so happy to hear you had a great time but
yes those who sit on their hands drive all of us
fans crazy.July 18, 2014 at 1:39 pm #3393
Again I thank you Arnold and Petra for your stories
touring with John. I wish I could have seen all of
your part of the world in my youth.
Thanks to Petra’s blog I’ve seen most of it. I wonder
which country is John and Julie’s favorite.
My dad spent a lot of time in Italy during WWII and I bet
he’d love to see it now as a civilian. It looks beautiful.July 18, 2014 at 1:25 pm #3392
We do have the BEST FANS don’t we?
Wish Mary and I could be there with you but
we are both busy laying on the beach on the
Pacific coast. We hope John saves some of that
energy for us when he comes home.
Have a wonderful time and tell John Hi for Mary and I.July 14, 2014 at 2:48 pm #3354
Hi Robert, give your Mom a big hug for me.
Thanks for posting about the concert. It helps us feel
a part of it when we can’t be there.
Juan, my daughter spent 1 1/2 yrs in Tenerife and Seville and
she loved it there.
Thanks also to Arnold for all your posts and of course to
Robert and Petra. Hope to see you all again some day.
I’ll never forget meeting so many European friends at the El Rey
show. That alone was AMAZING and then John’s great show was
icing on the cake for us.
KEEP ON ROCKIN JOHN AND REMEMBER WHERE I LIVE.
The Paso show was sensational but I need MORE AND MORE.July 13, 2014 at 11:54 pm #3351
Hey Fans, Nancy, flysafely would like to meet some of our
great fans so if any of our friends are going to this show
please contact her before you go because you know how much
fun it is to get together with the fans.
Same goes for the Indiana show where moonpie, Karyl will be
honoring John with her presence.
Babyboomer Pat will be at the Edmonton concert so make contact
with me and you may get lucky to meet her. I sure wish we could
be there at all the shows with all our fan friends but we can’t
travel far anymore.
Miss you all, DonnaJuly 13, 2014 at 11:47 pm #3350

Hi Jim, Mary and Allen.
This forum is tough for me to sign into but after
100 tries since it first opened I managed once again and
got in. That makes 3 times I was successful.
Hope my luck continues.
This past year I’ve been blessed to share a Fogerty
concert with Allen and Mary.
Jim, I hope you get to see John soon.
OMG HE IS BETTER THAN EVER. JULIE WILL AGREE WITH ME THERE.

Great post Mary.
I saw a movie last night called STOLEN with Josh Lucas
and they played CCR at the beginning and mentioned the
band again further on in the movie.
It is always a nice surprise to hear John’s voice.April 6, 2014 at 12:57 pm #2824
It was me. Nice collection Mary.
Now get out on that beach and jog like John does.
I remember when I use to be able to move like that but
it was a long time ago.
I FINALLY GOT ON THIS FORUM AFTER TRYING FOREVER.
Thanks to Pat and Nancy and others for encouraging me
to keep trying. I need the positive attitude on this
forum.June 30, 2013 at 5:19 pm #1093
Their guitar works is my favorite too.
CHICKIE= Message from Sue “I’m devastated that he hasn’t called me in over a year.”
I’m afraid the bearded one is IN and you are OUT.

Hey, chickie, your gal Sue is two timing you with some
guy with a beard. I’ll ask her “what’s up with that”
tomorrow when I see her.
I’m available though.June 23, 2013 at 4:45 pm #976
Sary, you and your amazing friends lit up little Morro Bay
by putting on a concert with Tom in my own backyard and I
do mean my backyard.
WHAT AN AWESOME HOUR AND HALF FOR HERM AND I ALONG WITH GUESSY
AND HER FAMILY.
YOU CAN ALL SEE OUR LITTLE CONCERT OF CCR MUSIC ON YOUTUBE =
SARY and TOM PLAYS CCR IN MORRO BAY.
A GREAT MEMORY PLANNED BY ROBERT AERTS. THANKS AGAIN.

At the show I’m going to there are cheaper grass seats only $45.
I’m choosing to sit closer to the stage so I’m paying $95.
We need a chair.
They add on service fees and parking and that brings it to $111.00
I have to buy 3 tickets for Herm and I and my driver.
Yes, I’m on a fixed income that would scare any of you who had
to live on it but a JOHN FOGERTY CONCERT is my way of getting my
FIX and keeping the doctor bills down.
After a show Herm and I are riding high for a couple years. You just
can’t get that kind of high from anything else.
AS MANY FANS HAVE RECENTLY SAID “IT’S THE MUSIC AND ALL THE SMALL DETAILS ARE NOTHING
COMPARED TO JOHN’S MUSIC”.
You don’t want to be the one regretting those few extra $$ in a year or two
if John decided to retire and not perform day after day.
When a man his age works as hard as he and Julie and Bob work then they are worth
every dollar you can scrape together. Do some recycling. That is how Herm and I
could afford John’s shows before Herm had his stroke.
Be happy you are still young enough to rock ‘n roll with the BEST IN THE MUSIC BUSINESS.
