John to perform both Bayou Country and Cosmo’s Factory on final night of tour

Since he launched his much-anticipated national concert tour October 10 at the Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE, JOHN FOGERTY’s North American tour has been steamrolling across the country playing to full houses and earning vast critical acclaim. Throughout the tour, the iconic singer, songwriter and guitarist is performing his classic Creedence Clearwater Revival albums Cosmos Factory and Bayou Country for the first time ever in the U.S., along with other FOGERTY/CCR gems including the two new songs (“Mystic Highway,” “Train of Fools”) from his current album WROTE A SONG FOR EVERYONE, which received Rolling Stone magazine’s highest rating–a rare 5 stars.

The tour is set to close out on a high note tonight with the first of three shows (November 12, 13 and 14) at New York City’s Beacon Theatre. For the final Beacon show and last night of the tour this Thursday (November 14), FOGERTY will perform both Cosmo’s Factory AND Bayou Country in their entirety In response to the overwhelming feedback from fans.

Meanwhile, the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles recently unveiled the exhibit “John Fogerty: Wrote A Song For Everyone.” It is on display through January 2014 and features artifacts from his personal collection, and it is named after his current album WROTE A SONG FOR EVERYONE.
