Praise from Jazz Fest

After closing out 2014’s New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival on Sunday, May 4, John has received nothing but resounding praise for his headlining set, as well as his surprise appearance with Bruce Springsteen  the day before. Check out a wrap up of some of the reviews here:

The name seemed to ring in the ears like a trumpet solo: John Fogerty, John Fogerty, John Fogerty.

“…but the highlight came during the encore when John Fogerty came out for the Creedence Clearwater Revival classics “Green River” and “Proud Mary.”

“All-star moments can sometimes be a mess. “Proud Mary” wasn’t; it was an entirely natural-sounding collaborative effort that elevated all involved.”

John will continue to tour around the world this year, starting on his 69th birthday, May 28 at Sandnesfest in Norway. For a full list of 2014 tour dates, click here.
